Anthony`s unique and inspirational dishes are created from the very best of  locally sourced, organic and fresh “foraged” ingredients resulting in delicious irresistible dishes such as, Panfried Splashzone Scallops, Celeriac Pureé & Crispy Pancetta or Greytown Ribeye Beef, Parsnip Pureé, Spinach & Braised Red Cabbage.
